Rewind: Elucence Moisture Benefits shampoo and Curlmart.com Review

Before I begin, I must acknowledge one simple fact: I got got. Now I proceed.

Elucence moisture benefits shampoo was heaven in a bottle when I first discovered it a few years ago. Somewhere in between my relaxers, blue hair, and third journey to natural, I lost touch with my old friend and I missed it. The sulfate free shampoo I have been using since just doesn’t measure up, and as much as I swear by baking soda for a good scalp clarification- I dare not use baking soda more often than once per month. Since my hair is low porosity, the “no poo” method simply doesn’t work for me, and frequent co-washing leads to product build up. Soo … enter this bad boy. It’s rich and creamy, doesn’t dry my hair (I can actually finger detangle my hair with no problem when this shampoo is in) and smells like a peach daiquiri. Perhaps another incentive is the fact that its concentrated, so you can literally use less than a dime sized amount and get optimal results.

I paid 6.00 for the 10oz bottle from Curlmart , which is now on sale for 4.80 via the site. (Yea, this is where I got got.) I highly recommend purchasing from this site however, not only because it works out to be the most cost effective, but because Curlmart always includes 3 free samples in your order. In my order I received a defining serum, a silkening serum, and a 1 oz body lotion which was paired with a coupon for $2 off a full size of the same product. Winning!

I must say, this website has also never let me down. I placed my order Thursday afternoon, and received the package Saturday before lunch time. That’s superhero timing. I was so excited when I got the delivery, I considered dropping everything right then and there to wash my hair. Is that weird?

Ok, I didn’t. But I’m excited to add this shampoo back into my regimen. Wash day is tomorrow so this should definitely be fun.

P.S. This is NOT a sponsored post. I purchased this product with my own money… hence the “smh” moment when I discovered the sale price.
