I found a new company to order from. I had been having a few gripes with the previous company I bought from (this was only my second time) because I felt as though the customer service was less than halfway decent- especially for my first order which was being shipped all the way to South Korea!
Anywho, in doing a bit of research about the henna, amla, and indigo powders I just placed an order for, I somehow stumbled upon a a blog for henna -http://hennablogspot.com/- which then led me to the owner’s store. My questions were not being answered by the vendor I purchased from (just typing that agitates me!) so I reluctantly sent a lengthy email with questions about how to use the mixes I purchased. Expecting no reply (afterall, I didn’t order from this site), I was surprised to see a response from the OWNER less than a few hours later!
Khadija has been a Godsend for me!! Not only did she answer EACH and EVERY thought provoking (and ridiculous) question I may have had, she responded VERY fast and all of her responses were detailed and thorough! I say all of because being the anal worry wart that I am, I had many questions, which of course led to many emails. :o(
I at one point, had even asked her about a product that I purchased from “the other guy” (I know, the audacity of me!) and she made a point to visit their site and do a little bit of reading up on it, before she responded to my question. THIS took the cake. Nothing brings me more joy than supporting people who deserve it.
The henna store- http://www.hennasooq.com/- even offers free samples, and I’m being told that orders come with instructions. SOLD!!! I can’t WAIT to start using this company, especially since Khadija has assured me that I’m in good hands! :o)
